WHO I AM:

I AM a spiritual transformational coach and author who encourages women to own their power and live authentic, impassioned lives.

I integrate personal leadership values by engaging the four levels of existence–spiritual, mental, emotional and physical.

I believe in celebrating the goddess within fully so we begin this journey by asserting that we are women of power and grace. From that premise, we can embrace change, growth, beauty, sexuality, wealth and all universal healing principles that allow us to blossom in our own deeply-held spirituality.
